Our Policies

LASER, FACIALS AND COSMETIC PROCEDURE APPOINTMENTS

We request that you give us ample notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Ideally 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We do require a credit card to be kept on file for spa appointments, and if you no show your scheduled appointment your card will be charged a minimum of $120 No Show Fee.

Cancellation Policy

De Novo Laser, LLC has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We are proudly enforcing our cancellation + no-show policy regardless of reason to properly serve our clientele and employees. Our specialists are in high demand and we have these policies in place to protect their time.

Cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time is subject to a 50% fee of the schedule service(s) for that appointment time.

Cancellation within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time is subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) for that appointment time.

NO SHOW appointments are subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s). After 15 minutes of tardiness, you may be subjected to forfeit your scheduled appointment and it will be treated as a NO SHOW.

A credit card must be kept on file for all clients during the booking process. If your credit card expires, is not updated, and you fall inside the policy, no future appointments can be scheduled until the fee is paid.

No Kiddo policy

As much as we hate to enforce this one, we want our treatment facility to remain as relaxing as possible for everyone! Please leave your babies at home with the sitter.
